Ansjovis Original - Sprats that are seasoned and stored in barrels are called anchovies. It has an amazing spice and aroma – rich and mellow. Anchovy-style sprat fillets are delicious on a sandwich with eggs; it’s also really good on a homemade pizza and it is an ingredient in most Jansson's Temptation recipes.
