The OPTM MAX-D Driver is engineered for players who need slice correction and a more left-biased ball flight. With strategic weight placement and a center of gravity positioned closer to the hosel, the MAX-D promotes higher launch, faster face closure, and straighter shots, helping you find more fairways with confidence.
Features & Benefits
Reduced Twist Design: Strategic shaping and weight placement minimize Products of Inertia (POI), reducing side spin and promoting tighter dispersion and improved accuracy.
Draw-Biased Head Shape: A balanced, draw-focused profile reduces side spin on mis-hits and helps correct a slice for longer, straighter shots.
Heel-Weighted CG Placement: A fixed 11g heel weight shifts the CG closer to the hosel, making it easier to square the face and launch the ball on a draw-biased trajectory.
High-Flex Face Insert: A forged face with H.O.T. Face technology increases face flex to preserve ball speed and distance across the entire hitting area.
